Press Handstands

The past two weeks I have been working on my press handstands. Apparently, my lower back is weak. I'm still working on making a smooth transition from the take-off. Here is a quick vid of some early training.

I wouldn't say your lower back id weak:D

You should see my pitiful attempt at the press handstand. I really hope that once the ball gets rolling with them, it speeds up a little as I'm making very slow progress.

Looks like it's just the bottom part of the ROM for you too. Any tips on building strength there?

It appears as your lower back is arching in the press. You need to make sure you keep your pelvis tilted under, what is commonly called a pelvic tilt. Basically, squeeze your butt and try to suck/squeeze in your gut (even though you don't have any).
