Here is a new video that I had to put on youtube because of the size. I think that from now on I will stick with this method. These clips were filmed over a few different workouts. Let me know what you think!

Very impressed, great video, how did you fit your rings to the ceiling, i think i'll have to fit my rings in the same way, at the moment i hang them from a chin up bar but there's not a lot of room.
